In 2020, Lochlan Kennedy decided he wanted to put his then 7 years of experience in the building industry to work by opening his own business: LJK Builders Ltd, based out of Mosgiel. 

In the last few years, LJK Builders has grown into a thriving business that handles nearly every type of home building and demolition project, and everything in between. From new builds and large scale developments to extensions on your current home, new bathrooms and kitchens, decks, repairs and all other manners of building and renovating.

  • ONSITE MEET & GREET

    Once we’ve been in contact with you we will then plan an onsite meet and great. While visitng you we will give you a run through of our process and provide you with a rough cost indication before delving into a detailed project estimate.

  • DETAILED ESTIMATION

    We will provide you with a comprehensive estimate that includes detailed breakdowns of trades and materials.

    Our commitment to transparency means we will highlight costs that often stay under the radar and offer recommendations to help you obtain your dream build while staying within your budget.

  • THE BUILD

    Once consent is issued and timelines are established we will begin construction of your new home. You will receive regular updates on our progress and are welcome to follow along online, with site visits or both.
